Own Salesforce solution delivery from discovery through go-live, translating operational needs into scalable solutions while coordinating stakeholders, technical teams, backlog priorities, and adoption activities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and define Salesforce-based solutions
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Own the functional product backlog and manage sprint goals, timelines, scope, and change control
- Design declarative Salesforce solutions, data models, and integration plans with technical teams
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and prioritize defects
- Lead change management and training initiatives to support platform adoption
- Drive delivery from discovery through go-live
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Implementer
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
- Proficiency in ERD and data modeling
- Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, OWD, and sharing rules
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder automation design and troubleshooting
- Experience with data migration and cleansing
- Practical experience with Agile or Scrum delivery, Jira, and Confluence
- Relevant degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
- Salesforce BA, Sharing and Visibility Designer, or Consultant certification
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
