Coordinate and support architectural lighting projects from initial planning through on-site installation. The role combines project work, design, technology, product research, and collaboration with architects, designers, lighting consultants, and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Support architectural lighting projects throughout planning and execution
- Coordinate with architects, designers, lighting consultants, and project managers
- Help match lighting products and solutions to project requirements
- Prepare specifications, lighting schedules, tables, and spreadsheets
- Perform lighting calculations and work with plans and drawings
- Prepare presentation materials, concepts, and specification booklets
- Research products, alternatives, and technical solutions
- Support lighting trials, site visits, installation completion, and handover
- Manage product website content and professional digital materials
- Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into work processes
Requirements
- Technical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Design awareness, curiosity, service orientation, and strong learning ability
- Ability to understand technical processes and work with technology
- Interest in developing professionally in architectural lighting
Nice to have
- Background in architecture, interior design, industrial design, or a related technical or design field
- Experience with graphic design, drafting, or lighting software
- Previous experience in architectural lighting
- Familiarity with Photoshop or InDesign
