Own the development and delivery of AI-enabled solutions to complex business problems, from early exploration through launch and adoption. Work across business, data science, and engineering teams, using data and experimentation to shape product direction and demonstrate business value.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact business problems that AI can address.
- Translate complex needs into product concepts and practical solutions.
- Lead AI initiatives from exploration and experimentation through launch and adoption.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to shape and validate solutions.
- Use data to investigate problems, test assumptions, and inform product decisions.
- Define success measures and assess business value.
- Build or experiment with prototypes, automations, and AI tools when useful.
- Coordinate stakeholders and drive progress in a large, complex, regulated environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience.
- Experience taking at least one AI, generative AI, or machine-learning product, feature, or solution into production.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- A hands-on, curious approach and willingness to test ideas and work independently amid ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect business needs with technical execution.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Python, prototyping, automation, or modern AI development tools.
- Experience in a large or regulated organization.
