Lead multiple software projects from discovery through delivery and validation. Work with end users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery with end users and business stakeholders, translating needs into technical requirements.
- Create and maintain product requirement documents, technical specifications, user stories, and development backlogs.
- Use AI tools, agents, and spec-driven development methods to improve requirements and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to support delivery.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and user needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, technical product management, or a similar role in software development.
- Experience with product discovery, requirements gathering, and direct collaboration with customers or end users.
- Hands-on experience writing product requirement documents, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Familiarity with databases and working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, communication, and ability to manage priorities independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or generative AI tools, AI agents, or spec-driven development methods.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to build functional prototypes with AI or no-code tools.
- Background in software engineering, data science, or quality assurance.
