Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent solutions, translating organizational needs into governed, measurable products in collaboration with business, data, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and opportunities suited to AI solutions
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, PRDs, HLDs, and user stories
- Lead AI agent solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing measurement
- Define agent capabilities, boundaries, governance, and operating guidelines
- Manage and prioritize the AI agent portfolio and align it with business goals and technical feasibility
- Define KPIs and measure business impact and ongoing value
- Coordinate business units, IT, data teams, and senior management
- Promote data quality, solution reliability, and responsible AI practices
- Manage risks, dependencies, and operational challenges across the agent lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, product management, or a related role
- Strong systems analysis skills and experience writing functional and technical specifications
- Experience with complex enterprise systems, data, KPIs, and success metrics
- Practical familiarity with AI tools and AI-driven solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, information systems, computer science, or a related field
Nice to have
- Product management or systems analysis certification
- Experience with low-code or no-code platforms
- Experience in large enterprises or regulated industries
- Software development experience
- Experience leading products or projects end to end
