Lead a customer-facing product spanning web technologies, AI, and workflow platforms. Shape product direction, translate customer and regulatory needs into solutions, and guide delivery across teams.
Responsibilities
- Set product direction across user experience, technology, and business priorities.
- Analyze customer needs and existing workflows, gather requirements, and define improved processes.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into product solutions and development tasks.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog using product metrics and Agile practices.
- Partner with UX/UI teams on user experience and system design.
- Drive integrations with core systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager for products serving external users.
- At least 10 years of experience with web technologies and related technical solutions.
- At least 6 years of experience in Agile development environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
- Experience managing a product backlog and using Agile methodologies.
- Experience integrating products with core systems and APIs.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate regulatory requirements into technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including influencing across a matrixed organization.
- A relevant academic degree, technical diploma, military technology-unit background, or professional training in development or a related field.
