Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-native agreement experiences
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and validation through prototyping, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Design intelligent, agentic experiences that improve customer workflows while maintaining reliability, transparency, and user control
- Develop product requirements and partner with engineering on technical trade-offs, quality, and scalable delivery
- Engage customers, investigate problems, identify market opportunities, and validate hypotheses through research, experiments, and prototypes
- Prioritize initiatives by customer value, adoption, revenue potential, and return on investment; define success metrics and use evidence to guide decisions
- Create clear product narratives, align stakeholders, and connect immediate decisions with long-term strategy
- Take ownership, challenge assumptions, remove blockers, and drive ideas toward measurable outcomes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of end-to-end product management experience in high-growth or large-scale B2B or B2C SaaS companies
- Track record of identifying product opportunities and leading initiatives from concept through launch and measurable impact
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products, with judgment on LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, evaluation, reliability, cost, and performance
- Strong customer discovery, problem-solving, experimentation, and product requirements skills
- Ability to develop product strategy, identify market opportunities, and prioritize between short- and long-term goals
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence across technical and business teams
- Technical fluency to work with engineering, assess architectural implications, and define feasible requirements
- Strong understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and instrumentation
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity, initiative, and independent execution
- Willingness to explore emerging technologies, prototype, test assumptions, and learn continuously

- Experience founding a startup, building independent products, or leading entrepreneurial initiatives
- Experience building AI-native products or agentic workflows
- Experience with workflow automation, document processing, or agreement management
