Lead the strategy, implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement of AI applications and tools used by software development teams. Work with engineering, DevOps, IT, and security stakeholders to support productivity, software quality, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements; prioritize the product backlog in line with organizational goals.
- Lead the implementation, integration, and adoption of AI tools among software development teams.
- Develop and implement AI usage best practices, training programs, and organizational change initiatives.
- Ensure secure integration of AI tools into development environments, CI/CD processes, and enterprise platforms.
- Manage relationships with AI technology vendors and collaborate with development, DevOps, IT, and information security teams.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies, privacy and data protection standards, and AI governance and control requirements.
- Define quality measures and KPIs to track AI tool adoption, productivity, development quality, and solution performance.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, identify improvement opportunities, and lead ongoing innovation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably managing technology products or enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and tools, including large language models, AI coding assistants, and machine learning platforms.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD processes; familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Basic understanding of information security, data protection, AI governance, controls, and technology risk management.
- Demonstrated product management skills, including requirements gathering, backlog management and prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, organizational change, and adoption of new technologies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Background in software development or software engineering.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments and integrating AI tools into development workflows.
- Experience managing technology vendors.
