ICON is hiring a Site Engagement Liaison in Israel to strengthen relationships with clinical trial sites and support effective, compliant study delivery. The role requires approximately 60% travel.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and clinical research staff
- Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and performance
- Develop and implement site engagement strategies with internal teams
- Monitor site performance metrics and report engagement outcomes to study teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field
- At least five years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or Senior Clinical Research Associate
- Experience in clinical site management and site monitoring
- Experience supporting study start-up through site activation, conduct, and close-out
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable clinical trial regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
