Lead the oncology research unit’s clinical research coordinator team, oversee study quality and daily operations, and coordinate with physicians, pharmaceutical companies, and hospital teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage clinical research coordinators, including recruitment, training, feedback, and performance oversight.
- Ensure work complies with GCP, Ministry of Health requirements, Helsinki Committee requirements, and sponsor study protocols.
- Monitor timelines, patient recruitment targets, and team administration.
- Coordinate with unit leadership, physicians, pharmaceutical companies, and internal hospital stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a clinical research coordinator or in a CRO.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, nursing, or a related paramedical field.
- Current CRA certification or GCP training certificate.
- Very strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

- Previous experience managing a team or leading projects.
