A leading real estate company is seeking a licensed attorney with strong financial and business judgment for a broad role at the core of its commercial operations. The position is based in central Tel Aviv near a railway station and offers long-term opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead processes involving finance, collections, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Participate in business development and expansion initiatives.
- Independently lead complex business matters.
- Work directly and regularly with company management.
Requirements
- Israeli attorney’s license is mandatory.
- Combined or dual degree in law and business administration or economics is mandatory.
- Strong financial and business understanding.
- Strong negotiation, critical-thinking, and independent decision-making abilities.
- Assertive approach, resilience, high ownership, drive, and execution capability.
- Excellent Hebrew and English drafting skills, including experience working with agreements in English.
- Full-time availability.
Nice to have
- Commercial, real estate, or management experience.
