Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and system specification for a critical core system.
- Support development and production launch.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic Agile environment.
- Work with databases, define interfaces, and support complex financial processes such as account opening.
- Learn specialized systems quickly and independently manage work end to end.
Requirements
- At least five years of systems analysis experience in a medium-sized or large organization.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end specification from requirements through production.
- Experience working in an Agile methodology.
- Experience with databases, interface definition, and SQL queries or equivalent tools.
- Experience in financial environments or with core systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with account-opening processes.
- Familiarity with Mainframe environments.
