Lead a team responsible for a financial SAP ICM system that processes data and calculates physician payments. The role combines hands-on implementation, business process analysis, system enhancements, integrations, and coordination with business users and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership for the financial systems team; manage tasks, priorities, and delivery targets.
- Own the SAP ICM system used to process data and calculate physician payments in line with agreements.
- Document business processes and define their implementation in the system.
- Configure and extend the system to meet business needs.
- Specify, develop, and maintain interfaces with other systems.
- Gather requirements from key users and plan system enhancements with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead the introduction of AI tools for reviewing physician payments.
- Lead development of a new portal for physician pay and compensation information.
- Handle incidents, upgrades, ongoing system controls, and user support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of SAP ICM implementation experience in large organizations.
- Significant experience as a lead SAP ICM implementer, including end-to-end delivery from requirements definition through go-live and production support.
- Experience specifying, developing, and maintaining interfaces, with good knowledge of SAP integrations.
- At least 5 years of experience working with SAP financial processes.
- Familiarity with FI and HR modules for integrations.
- Very high proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience supporting and training users, with strong service orientation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the SAP Business Partner (BP) module.
- ABAP debugging skills and familiarity with the development environment.
