Lead a team of developers and implementers while owning enterprise applications and cross-functional information systems projects. Improve business processes through systems, integrations, automation, and AI. The role is based at Bar-Lev Industrial Park and includes hands-on work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and professionally lead a team of developers and implementers
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor tasks and projects
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements definition through implementation
- Own Priority and other business applications
- Work with business units, suppliers, and technical teams
- Lead integrations, automation, and AI-based solutions
- Analyze and improve business processes, including defining KPIs and measuring ROI
- Develop the team's capabilities and expand the organization's technical capacity
- Contribute hands-on when needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience implementing and developing with Priority
- Significant experience leading information systems projects and processes
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes
- Systems thinking, analytical ability, and strong business understanding
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and lead processes end to end
Nice to have
- Team management experience
- Experience with WMS or BI tools
- Retail or eCommerce experience
- Practical experience with AI and automation
- Experience with Claude Code or AI development tools
- Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes and enterprise systems
