Lead systems analysis and cross-organizational technology projects in payments and fintech, from initial requirements through implementation and launch. Work with development, QA, DevOps, security, business teams, internal customers, and external suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and specify software systems and payment platforms
- Lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through completion
- Prepare functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, information security, business teams, customers, and suppliers
- Support implementation and adoption of technology processes
- Own product delivery from specification through customer release
- Investigate system issues using requirements analysis, database analysis, and SQL queries; escalate root causes to development as needed
- Identify and assess technologies, including AI and automation, to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and technology project leadership
- Strong ability to write and manage functional and technical specifications
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and other technical interfaces
- Understanding of software development processes and system integration
- Required experience with Agile methodologies
- English proficiency for email and conversations with international contacts
- Strategic and technical thinking, with broad business understanding
- Ability to organize, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver projects in a changing environment
- Interest in technology innovation and applying AI and automation to improve processes

- Experience with payment systems or fintech
- Familiarity with leading AI tools
