An experienced, hands-on IT professional is sought to maintain global IT services and infrastructure, support employees worldwide, and contribute to cloud, automation, and digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain global infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and Microsoft 365.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve employee hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Manage IT service tickets, help desk operations, onboarding and offboarding, user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
- Administer security policies, backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint devices.
- Support ERP, CRM, HR, and collaboration applications.
- Implement cybersecurity controls and monitor compliance with security policies.
- Lead or participate in infrastructure, cloud, automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with external vendors and collaborate with the Senior IT Administrator on daily operations and coverage.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, backup and disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
- Experience with cloud services and IT automation tools.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, ownership, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Linux server environments such as Ubuntu, Red Hat, or CentOS.
- Familiarity with network switches, structured cabling, server rooms, and physical IT infrastructure.
