An entry-level, full-time NOC role monitoring networks and infrastructure, providing Tier 1 troubleshooting, maintaining availability against SLAs, and escalating incidents to specialist teams as needed. Requires rotating shifts around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network and infrastructure events.
- Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain high availability in line with SLA requirements.
- Escalate incidents to specialist teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Relevant network administration course, such as CCNA or CCNP.
- Basic knowledge of network administration, IP, and communications infrastructure.
- Availability for at least four to five rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience in NOC or help desk work is a significant advantage.
