Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and assistance with core information systems
- Deliver telephone support through information systems and other media channels
- Handle user inquiries and provide ongoing assistance with system usage
- Provide courteous, professional service to internal and external customers
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience
- At least one year of experience supporting web-based information systems
- At least one year of customer service experience in the information systems field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented and professional approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Nice to have
- Experience with AutoCAD and GIS
- Experience in the government sector
