Responsibilities
- Manage Windows servers
- Administer communications networks and FortiGate systems
- Support Windows users and resolve technical issues
- Provide ongoing support for company systems
- Troubleshoot complex computer and systems issues
- Process and analyze information from multiple sources
- Coordinate with internal organizational stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT, help desk, or systems administration is required
- Strong proficiency in Windows environments is required
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
- High technological aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Organized, accurate, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively
