A telecommunications company is hiring a full-time IT Support Technician to join a field support team serving company sites across the country. The role is based in Rosh HaAyin and requires willingness to work overtime.
Responsibilities
- Install equipment, infrastructure software, and software packages
- Provide technical support to company employees
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Coordinate with external service providers
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in technical support and hardware and software troubleshooting
- Broad knowledge of operating systems
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organization, teamwork, responsibility, and service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a heavy workload
- Availability for full-time work and overtime

- Scripting experience
- SCCM knowledge
- Active Directory knowledge
- Windows server support experience
