A recruitment firm is seeking an IT Support Technician for a large government organization working across Ramla and Jerusalem.
Responsibilities
- Install equipment, infrastructure software, and software packages on workstations and servers in small networks
- Provide ongoing technical assistance to users
- Conduct periodic system inspections
- Coordinate with external service providers
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of Active Directory maintenance and hierarchy
- Familiarity with computer and server hardware and Windows and Windows Server operating systems
- Good English proficiency
- Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and ability to learn independently
Nice to have
- Experience with communications and telephony
- Knowledge of print servers, DHCP, DNS, GPO, computer networks, control-room systems, virtual server environments, and basic scripting
- Experience providing technical support in large organizations
- Technical military or national service
