A large organization is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain computing infrastructure, endpoint equipment, communication networks, and business system availability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain computing infrastructure, endpoint equipment, and communication networks.
- Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Work in a Windows environment with multiple servers.
- Install and maintain computers, endpoint devices, hardware, and software.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
- Work with information security systems, including firewalls and EDR tools.
- Prioritize tasks and meet service-level agreements.
- Maintain system availability and reliability to support business continuity.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in IT or technical support.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft 365.
- Mandatory experience with Active Directory.
- Mandatory experience with information security systems, including firewalls and EDR.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong service orientation, reliability, thoroughness, independent learning ability, and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with V-Hyper.
- Familiarity with Priority ERP.
