Lead a team of system administrators responsible for large-scale enterprise infrastructure across hybrid environments. Drive operational reliability, technical roadmaps, and infrastructure improvements for a global technology company.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system administrators using Agile practices.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure, datacenter lifecycles, virtualization, and backup platforms.
- Drive technical roadmaps, operational excellence, and process improvements.
- Provide top-tier technical leadership and escalation support.
- Support high system availability across hybrid environments.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience leading IT systems or infrastructure teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience with core IT infrastructure, on-premises datacenters, and hybrid cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
- Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam or Commvault.
- Deep understanding of Windows Server, Linux, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code, including Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience leading teams in Agile environments.
