A financial services company in Tel Aviv is seeking an application support specialist to troubleshoot business applications, assist users, and coordinate improvements with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in applications
- Train and support users working with existing and new systems
- Manage service tickets and track issues through resolution, meeting SLA targets
- Document issues and prepare reports
- Identify systemic problems and improve application workflows
- Coordinate with development, integration, and infrastructure teams to improve system performance
Requirements
- Experience providing technical support for computer systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems
- Ability to identify, analyze, document, and resolve application issues
- Understanding of business processes and effective workflows
- Strong service orientation and ability to work as part of a team
Nice to have
- Experience with Matrix Tefen system
- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries
