Lead creative, data-driven sourcing across technical and non-technical roles for a growing cloud security company. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, use AI and market intelligence to build high-quality pipelines, and help strengthen the employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing strategies and build pipelines for R&D, product, sales, and other functions.
- Use market mapping, competitive intelligence, and data analysis to guide sourcing priorities.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and define target talent.
- Introduce AI tools, automation, and unconventional methods to improve outreach and pipeline development.
- Support employer branding through content, market presence, and authentic representation.
- Create positive candidate experiences from the first interaction.
- Track pipeline health, report on performance, and continuously improve sourcing processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sourcing or talent research experience in a fast-growing startup.
- Experience sourcing across technical and non-technical functions, including R&D, product, and data.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in sourcing workflows.
- Data-driven approach using market data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates.
- Strong creative outreach and written communication skills.
- Understanding of employer branding and candidate experience.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills.
- High-level written and spoken English.
