A nonprofit technology training program in Beersheba is hiring a manager to lead data and artificial intelligence training tracks and support participants from recruitment through employment.
Responsibilities
- Lead data and artificial intelligence training programs end to end
- Manage instructors and lecturers
- Provide individual guidance to trainees and graduates as they prepare to enter the workforce
- Prepare candidates for interviews and improve their resumes and LinkedIn profiles
- Manage recruitment, screening, and placement processes
- Coordinate with partners and multiple stakeholders
- Track training and placement targets and lead improvement initiatives
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing training or education programs
- Experience managing a professional team and providing individual guidance
- Experience in recruitment, placement, or career support
- Experience preparing candidates for job interviews
- Ability to manage and lead processes from start to finish
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology sector or technical recruiting
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing tools
- Experience working with discharged military personnel
- Knowledge of data and artificial intelligence
- Experience developing training programs
