Lead end-to-end learning and organizational development initiatives for teams in Israel, collaborating with global partners across a large matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning and organizational development needs and translate them into scalable programs and solutions.
- Manage workshops and multiple learning and organizational development initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Drive operational execution, timelines, quality, and alignment with partners.
- Explore and implement AI-based and other emerging technologies to improve learning programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, and HR business partners to develop learning content.
- Facilitate workshops for diverse audiences and create tailored, engaging content.
- Influence stakeholders and advance initiatives across teams without direct authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a human resources-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational development and learning.
- Experience leading projects involving new technologies, including AI tool adoption and implementation.
- Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training content, guides, and course materials.
- Strong project management, planning, coordination, and tracking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew, including professional, well-articulated Hebrew.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience incorporating emerging technologies and AI into learning and organizational development programs.
