A high-tech manufacturing organization is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to develop technical training content, coordinate programs, and manage learning-system activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to create and develop technical training materials.
- Edit training videos and work with technical writers and instructors.
- Coordinate and manage training programs and schedules.
- Manage training activities in the learning management system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience handling training and development activities in high-tech companies.
- Experience creating technical training materials.
- Experience working with a learning management system.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere.
- Experience with AI systems.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Task-oriented approach and the ability to multitask.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docebo LMS.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
