AI Adoption and Enablement Student

Part-time opportunity for a current bachelor's student to support enterprise AI adoption, employee enablement, project coordination, training, reporting, and use-case development.
Responsibilities
- Track and report on the AI project portfolio, including progress, milestones, and metrics
- Monitor AI adoption and engagement data and prepare stakeholder reports and dashboards
- Coordinate internal AI and Copilot community events, workshops, communications, and knowledge sharing
- Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and hands-on sessions
- Collaborate with business teams to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases
- Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve AI adoption and user experience
- Support selected AI initiatives while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, data science, or a related field
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of generative AI and large language models
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, or workshops
- Experience with community activities, technology initiatives, or project coordination
- Basic experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboards
