Lead global HR operations, HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, automation, and cross-functional improvement projects in a fast-paced cloud networking and security company.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve global employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, employee changes, mobility, relocation, offboarding, and rehires.
- Partner with HRIS on process improvement initiatives from planning through adoption.
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and operational excellence across the People organization.
- Streamline cross-functional processes with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Information Systems teams.
- Improve HR documentation, approvals, notifications, and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Maintain operational compliance and data integrity across HR systems.
- Support people reporting and data initiatives.
- Lead AI adoption across HR by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and promoting new ways of working.
- Lead and mentor an HR Operations team.
- Manage multiple HR Operations initiatives and partner with HRIS on technology projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, or HR Systems.
- Strong experience managing HR systems and optimizing HR processes.
- Experience leading HR Operations or HRIS projects.
- Experience with process improvement, automation, and workflow design.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Experience in a global, fast-paced technology company.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Experience with HiBob.
- Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
- Experience leading HR system implementations or migrations.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Experience with people analytics, reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their use in HR processes and employee experience.
