Lead people strategy and HR operations as part of the executive leadership team at a purpose-driven packaging manufacturer in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Lead succession planning and workforce strategy
- Drive employee engagement and alignment with organizational purpose and values
- Translate business goals into people initiatives with executive leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team
- Oversee the Fair Chance Program and community partnerships
- Improve performance management, training, and career development programs
- Establish and track HR metrics and organizational KPIs
- Support employee relations, compliance, and risk management
- Advise leadership and constructively challenge decisions
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong experience in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- Confidence advising and influencing executive leadership
