Lead a professional IP networking team responsible for the company’s internet core network in Israel and international locations. Oversee network operations, IP/MPLS projects, security products, reliability, and strategic customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IP networking and data communications team
- Manage and operate internet core network switches in Israel and internationally
- Lead IP/MPLS projects from planning through implementation and launch
- Manage communications and network security products
- Resolve systemic incidents and maintain network availability and performance
- Design and lead communications solutions for strategic customers
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data communications for large-scale networks
- Hands-on experience with Juniper, Cisco, and Fortinet equipment
- Deep knowledge of DNS, PPPoE, L2TP, MP-BGP, and ISIS-SR
Nice to have
- ISP/MPLS experience
- Python and Ansible experience
- CCIE or JNCIE certification
- Team leadership and cross-functional coordination experience
