Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A

Lead commercial financial planning and analysis for a specialty pharmaceutical business, partnering with senior leadership and commercial teams to support informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting infrastructure, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modeling tools
- Support long-range planning and develop business cases for new opportunities
- Prepare trend, KPI, and performance analysis for stakeholders
- Monitor non-economic business drivers and explain their impact on revenue and margins
- Develop decision-support tools for senior leadership
- Partner with senior management and commercial teams on KPIs, performance measurement, and business insights
- Develop and monitor budgets and monthly forecasts
- Analyze sales, profitability, and operating expenses against actuals, forecasts, and budgets
- Provide performance analysis for business partners, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business, or industrial engineering and management
- At least 5 years of FP&A experience
- Experience leading significant and strategic organizational processes
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience building budgets, preparing financial statements, and analyzing profitability
- Experience with market analysis and internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
- Master’s degree
