Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and analyze financial and operational collections data
- Prepare reports and periodic analyses, and present findings to management and relevant collections units
- Measure performance and incentive metrics and track targets for collections units and law firms
- Investigate data and identify opportunities to improve business and operational processes
- Use core and information systems to retrieve, validate, and monitor data
- Build and maintain dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills and financial understanding
- Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Nice to have
- A degree in economics, accounting, business administration, statistics, or computer science
- Experience with banking systems and large datasets
- Experience querying data from a data warehouse or data lake
- SQL skills
- Experience developing reports and dashboards in Qlik Sense or a similar platform
- Knowledge of SAS
