A manufacturing organization is seeking a financial controller and cost analyst to oversee plant financial control, costing, budgeting, and operational analysis. The role supports plant management and finance processes at a manufacturing site in Be'er Sheva, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor plant operations, including expenses, output, and inventory.
- Support the plant finance period-closing process.
- Analyze investment feasibility and returns.
- Prepare plant budgets.
- Price products and monitor standard manufacturing costs.
- Participate in the plant management forum.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or industrial engineering.
- Systemic perspective and strategic understanding.
- Strong short- and long-term planning skills.
- Results-oriented approach and ability to work toward targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- High service orientation.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience as an economist or financial analyst in a manufacturing company.
- Experience with relevant computer systems and Microsoft Office.
