A financial services company is seeking an experienced analyst to join its real estate finance team in Tel Aviv. The role focuses on residential development transactions and supports financing decisions from initial review through funding.
Responsibilities
- Analyze a range of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on residential projects.
- Analyze companies’ financial statements.
- Prepare credit applications and present them to credit committees.
- Support transactions from initial assessment through the actual provision of financing.
- Work with developers, appraisers, lawyers, accountants, insurance companies, and banks.
- Use AI and automation tools in analysis and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate finance.
- Required experience providing closed-end financial financing for residential real estate projects in a banking or non-bank financial institution.
- Experience writing and presenting credit applications.
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
- Strong analytical, business, and independent working abilities.
- Thorough and detail-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Deep familiarity with urban renewal and redevelopment projects.
- Knowledge of financing real estate companies, including senior debt, project finance, subordinated debt, mezzanine financing, and surplus-based financing.
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and process improvement.
