A professional services company is seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst to manage budgets, prepare forecasts, analyze project economics, and support strategic decision-making. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Yokneam, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage annual and multi-year budgets
- Monitor budget performance, including revenue, expenses, and personnel costs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts
- Create reports, dashboards, and control tools for management analysis and decision-making
- Lead financial aspects of tenders and business proposals, including project pricing and cost evaluations
- Support business unit managers with financial analysis and budget planning
- Collaborate with departments across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in budget control, financial analysis, FP&A, or project pricing
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
