Join the finance team of a multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retailer, partnering with business units and senior management on financial planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly business results against budget, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Contribute to annual budgeting and prepare financial and business forecasts
- Analyze gross profit and operating expenses across brands and business units
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and operational reviews
- Conduct financial analyses, business planning, and financial assessments
- Maintain the quality of system data and reports
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and ongoing financial support to business units
- Build data-driven analyses and present actionable insights to management
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and analysis processes
- Work with cross-functional teams across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an FP&A or financial analyst role
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to present findings clearly to senior management
- Ability to manage work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines

- Experience with BI tools such as QlikView or Qlik Sense
