Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and finance transformation. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve profitability, growth, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Own and standardize the company-wide KPI framework across markets and functions
- Build and maintain performance dashboards with Revenue Operations
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams on pricing, deal evaluation, and cost optimization
- Lead annual budgeting, long-term planning, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial modeling
- Develop models for expansion, pricing, capital allocation, ROI, and deal profitability
- Lead finance transformation, process standardization, automation, and systems enhancements
- Improve forecasting methods, reporting standards, and scalable financial processes
- Prepare executive and board-level reporting and support leadership and investor analyses
Requirements
- 10+ years of FP&A experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience leading financial planning and finance transformation initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and financial tools
- Experience with business intelligence tools and FP&A systems
- Fluent English
- Strong business judgment, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills

- Investment banking or consulting experience
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or another multi-site operational business

- MBA, CPA, or CFA
