Join a global water treatment company and support strategic growth, international expansion, M&A execution, project finance, and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Identify market expansion opportunities and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
- Source, evaluate, and execute global M&A and corporate development opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end due diligence processes.
- Develop techno-economic models and bid strategies for major BOT tenders.
- Support lender engagement and project financing activities.
- Build financial models, investment cases, valuations, and risk assessments.
- Prepare strategic presentations and analytical materials for executive leadership and the Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Five to ten years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or financial or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, market analysis, and due diligence capabilities.
- Strong business judgment across strategic, financial, technical, and legal considerations.
- Fluent business English and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and travel as needed.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Experience in water infrastructure or energy.
- Spanish proficiency.
