Lead debt and securitization transactions from initial assessment through completion, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage securitization transactions through all stages.
- Identify investors and maintain relationships throughout transactions.
- Conduct financial analyses and feasibility assessments, and evaluate asset portfolio performance.
- Structure transactions and prepare financial and professional materials for decision-making.
- Lead negotiations with investors, financial institutions, and other counterparties.
- Manage portfolio rating processes with external credit rating agencies.
- Prepare transactions and present them to company management and the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate transaction processes across internal departments and oversee execution to completion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing and executing debt transactions.
- Professional experience at a credit rating agency, investment house, institutional investor, or other relevant financial institution.
- Experience conducting financial and economic analyses.
- Experience negotiating and leading complex processes involving internal and external stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required.
