Project Finance Analyst

Join a global renewable energy company’s project finance team in an on-site, full-time role in Ramat Gan. Support complex financing transactions across international markets, from financial analysis and structuring through due diligence, documentation, and financial close.
Responsibilities
- Support debt and tax equity project finance transactions
- Build, review, and analyze financial models, including debt sizing, tax equity structures, sensitivities, and financing scenarios
- Participate in structuring, lender and investor discussions, due diligence, documentation, and financial closing
- Evaluate project economics, financing alternatives, transaction structures, and financial risks
- Coordinate with banks, investors, legal counsel, advisors, consultants, and other counterparties
- Analyze financial, commercial, technical, and contractual information
- Review financing documentation and support negotiations
- Prepare financial analyses, presentations, transaction materials, and management updates
- Manage assigned workstreams and deliver accurate work under pressure
Requirements
- At least 2 years of project finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or another relevant quantitative field
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Ability to manage complex assignments, multiple priorities, and tight transaction deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to have
- Experience with international banks, investors, or financing transactions
- Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure financing
