A SaaS company is hiring an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, support business decisions, and improve financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Build and maintain financial models and management reports.
- Monitor SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, retention, and profitability.
- Partner with business leaders on strategic decisions.
- Analyze P&L results and provide actionable business insights.
- Improve financial processes using AI tools and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of FP&A experience, including 1 year in a SaaS company
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- CPA certification
- Startup experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15
- Experience with Priority ERP
