A growing company specializing in traffic planning and implementation seeks a hands-on finance leader to manage its finance department and oversee financial strategy and legal coordination. The role reports to the CEO and is based at the company’s offices in Modiin.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a four-person finance team, including work allocation, coaching, and oversight of payments, payroll, and monthly reporting.
- Manage cash flow and working capital, prepare cash flow analyses and forecasts, raise credit, and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Develop the annual budget, lead monthly and annual close, analyze variances, and work with external auditors and tax advisers.
- Lead strategic financial analysis, assess financing options and new-market opportunities, and support business development.
- Lead mergers and acquisitions and capital expenditure investment activity.
- Coordinate the company’s legal matters, including contract management, claims, and liaison with external law firms.
Requirements
- Certified public accountant (CPA).
- Strong analytical, financial, and business orientation.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and lead employees while working independently and hands-on.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and systems-level perspective.
- High motivation and willingness to take on a substantial role in a growing company.
Nice to have
- Two to four years of experience at a Big Four firm.
- Previous experience as a company controller or finance manager.
- Legal background or experience managing contracts, claims, and external counsel.
- Experience in financing, investments, transactions, due diligence, or working with banks.
