Finance Project Manager

Lead finance operations and project-based initiatives across payments, financial reporting, controls, systems, and cross-functional Finance activities. The role begins with an acting management assignment and may develop into a broader Finance leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee chartering payments, account balances, cash-flow forecasts, approvals, and control reports
- Manage supplier and administration payments, VAT and tax reporting, provisions, and closing activities
- Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting for equipment-related accounts
- Analyze variances, manage accruals and provisions, and maintain SOX and internal-control compliance
- Lead cross-functional Finance projects, including merger-related assignments and strategic reporting initiatives
- Support Finance data governance, reporting, analytics, and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Provide interim leadership and executive project support across Finance departments
Requirements
- Israeli CPA qualification and completion of an internship at a Big Four accounting firm
- Up to two years of managerial experience in an accounting firm or in a first post-internship role outside public accounting
- Adequate English for frequent written and occasional verbal communication
Nice to have
- Audit experience with global, large-scale, or publicly traded companies
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or Finance systems enhancement projects
- Exposure to cyber security, business continuity, financial data, or analytics initiatives
