A real estate and financial services company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial and accounting operations in the Ono Valley area. The role is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s finance and accounting operations
- Prepare periodic and annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow, budgets, and budgetary controls
- Work with banks, lenders, and external auditors
- Oversee financial controls for companies and projects
- Prepare analyses and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Proven experience preparing financial statements under IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Experience as a Finance Manager and/or Controller
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Certified Public Accountant qualification
- Experience in real estate
- Experience in finance, credit, and lending
