Lead finance and accounting operations for an international pharmaceutical technology and drug-delivery manufacturer in Israel. The role is hybrid, with four office days and one remote day per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting team and finance operations
- Oversee government reporting, financial statements, tax reporting, vendor payments, billing, collections, payroll, and internal controls
- Lead annual budgeting, actual-versus-plan analysis, project monitoring, forecasting, and manufacturing cost analysis
- Support business decisions through financial analysis and profitability assessments
- Provide financial reporting, analysis, and business insights to headquarters and local management
- Lead and develop finance team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or an equivalent field
- Certified Public Accountant qualification
- At least 7 years of finance experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience
- Experience managing finance operations and FP&A
- Advanced Excel and BI or reporting tools
- Fluent written and spoken English
