A leading publicly traded company is seeking an experienced CFO to lead its finance function and support corporate growth, governance, and strategic transactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial strategy and overall finance function
- Own financial reporting, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, board of directors, and senior management
- Lead and support mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions
- Oversee financial activities across subsidiaries and international operations
- Drive financial and business processes supporting growth and strategic objectives
Requirements
- Currently serving as CFO of a publicly traded company
- CPA qualification
- Proven financial leadership experience in a public-company environment
- Strong knowledge of public-company reporting, regulation, and corporate governance
- Strong business and commercial orientation
- Experience working with senior management and boards of directors
- Excellent English
- Hands-on, independent, and execution-oriented approach
