Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales and application support for digital power solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and develop compliant system architectures, technical proposals, bills of material, and application recommendations
- Advise customers, partners, consultants, panel builders, system integrators, and sales teams on power monitoring, automation, power quality, protection, and power management solutions
- Identify business opportunities and support pipeline development, opportunity progression, conversion, and solution adoption
- Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Enable partners and internal teams by sharing validated architectures, application assets, training materials, and best practices
- Maintain expertise in digital power technologies, market developments, and competitor offerings
- Document customer interactions, technical activities, opportunities, and follow-up actions in CRM systems
- Ensure solutions comply with technical, commercial, cybersecurity, ethical, safety, and company requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, automation, energy management, or a related technical field
- Practical knowledge of electrical distribution applications and digital power products
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications and convert requirements into solution architectures
- Professional English and proficiency in the local language for customer-facing work
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, training, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
- Digital fluency with CRM, collaboration, documentation, configuration, and productivity tools
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geography

- Experience with connected products, communication networks and protocols, edge-control architectures, power management software, or protection and automation systems
