Design and implement advanced, production-ready storage systems for AI/ML workloads on a cloud platform. Lead technical architecture, optimize performance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on complex storage initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex storage features for AI/ML workloads
- Define scalable, performant technical architectures and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Develop benchmarks and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues
- Deliver robust, production-ready code
- Adapt to rapidly evolving technical domains
- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders across the storage organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 8 years of software development experience
- At least 5 years developing performance-oriented storage solutions, including datapath modules
- At least 5 years testing and launching software products
- At least 3 years of software design and architecture experience
Nice to have
- Experience with data structures and algorithms
- Technical leadership in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience leading project teams and setting technical direction
- Experience delivering cross-functional or cross-business projects
